1. We ship to the address you provide either during your registration as our store customer or the address you provide in the store checkout. Please make sure the address you provide us is correct before you pay.

2. Items will be shipped within 4-7 business day or earlier from when we received payment.

3. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors;

4. International buyers please note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer’s responsibility. We will try our best to reduce the risk of the custom duties.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

LOCAL

No shipping or delivery charges:

1. Delivery within 25 Miles radius from store location or post code; In UK from: S81 0AG with an order from £50 and above

Chargeable local shipping and deliveries:

1. Orders beyond 25miles radius from store location or post code. In Uk, Post code' S80 1SJ but within United Kingdom will be delivered through the SCS Bank choice of courier or shipping company listed in the store or on this page, that is providing shipping services to your country or region at the time the order is made.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders:

1. All international Orders outside the United Kingdom will be delivered through the SCS Bank choice of courier or shipping company listed in the store or on this page, that is providing shipping services to your country or region at the time the order is made.

Return and refund policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of new items please email us within 30 days of receiving for an exchange or a return. If returning item(s) must be in original condition (unused in any way) and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. -We will reply your mail within 48 hours normally. sometimes have a little delay due to the weekend or holiday.

Most purchases from Bible4health Missions are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. Find out more about your rights as a buyer

Perishables, used items, refurbished products  and Food Stuffs

All perishables, used items, refurbished products  and Food Stuffs are not returnable

Non- Perishables, new items and Non foods stuffs

Any other items or products which are not perishable, new items or not food stuffs, you must make your return request/application within 30 days from the day of purchase. Faulty or misdescribed products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All products and items to be returned cannot be returned for refund or exchange without the original packaging, receipt and proof of purchase. We deduct 5% from the total price of the retuned products and items for return handling and administration.

Returns

You have 30 days calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item which is not perishable or food stuff must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, paypal account (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. By paypal or any online payment accounts, within 30 days calendar days from the date your return was approved

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
